Netscape Communicator 4.0:

• click on "Edit" in the tools bar and choose "Preferences".
• At this point in the window "Category" double click on "Advanced" and select "Cache".
• In the options on the right of the same page select "Never".
• Confirm by clicking "Ok" and have a nice Surfing!
